This is good question. And the challenge we got, since different people acquired tokens at different values. There are thousands of token holders, each with different capital allocation profile. You can appreciate the complexity.
Idea: set vesting vault, tokens will be dropped to vesting vault both Asko and rAsko. New token allocation is set by vault. Based on predetermind ratio for Asko and rAsko. As ratio to new token would be different for Asko (Asko supply is greater currently) and rAsko ( fixed supply 1B).
30% to 40% of new token would be distributed to all current holders. Vesting linearly over a predetermined time period set in vault. Vesting is done by contract and would be irrevocable to ensure no one has doubts that they will recieve their new tokens.
We will provide financial model as a forward looking statement so users can guage how many tokens they need to hold based on anounced conversion ratios to potentially recover their previous cspital allocation, this would be DYOR and Decision based on individual assesments.
We want to ensure the following, new token will be community run. Team tokens will be locked and vesting same as for everyone else for current holders. New token would be fixed supply and would not be upgradeable.
We will share the new token contract for review by community prior to deployment.
And yes anyone can add tokens from Asko or rAsko pools to ensure they will hold enough of new token to potentially recoup capital allocated, and create opportunity to potentially earn beyond their capital allocated to date.
Yes, Asko and rAsko will act as secondary markets to offer entry points to the new token via vesting vault.
This wil give anyone ample opportunity. We wanted to ensure there are no financial hurdles for those needing to add tokens to current position. Once vesting vault allocation limit for new token is reached. The migration drop will be considered consummated!
We are working out the ratios for Asko to new token and rAsko to new token. Asko owner admin rites will be revoked prior to launching migration.
And conversion ratios to new token firmly set for Asko > to new token and and rAsko > to new token. Based on total available supply in the Asko and rAsko pools, which will be 100% released to circulation.
